Process for donations:
In order to facilitate the donation process, reduce costs and give a choice to the donors, transfers can be made to the french association, “Les Enfants de Surya”, or can also be made directly to the Surya orphanage in Nepal
Once you decided the type of support and the amount, please be kind enough to:
- Fill the donation format (link below)
- Send it by e-mail to Mr. Milan and Mrs. Geeta Gest to confirm the operation.

You will receive an official donation receipt to claim tax redemption at the end of the year Nepalese receipt if transfer is made to the orphanage).

Reports and follow-up:
To ensure the correct use of the funds by the organization, the responsible of the orphanage, Mr. Milan or Ms. Namita K.C. will send you the report and the monitoring of your donation: for example, if it is a donation of a house good, you will receive a picture of the article once it has been purchased. If it is a child sponsor for school fees, you will receive a monthly report of the progress of the child and his pictures.
In case the good you would like to purchase, or the child you want to sponsor have already been supported by another donor, then Mr. Milan will contact you to propose an alternative choice and agree the new proposal.
By supporting the Surya orphanage, you are helping to ensure a better present and a brighter future for children.
No matter the level of help you decide to offer, we are very thankful for your support and would like to reassure you that it will be employed for the wellness of our children.

Procédure pour réaliser un don:
Afin de faciliter les démarches, veuillez réaliser les virements directement les fonds à l’orphelinat Surya au Népal (un peu plus coûteux pour les virements depuis l’Europe).
Une fois décidé le type de soutien et le montant, nous vous serions reconnaissants de bien vouloir:
- Remplir le formulaire de dons (lien ci-dessous)
- Confirmer l’opération en envoyant ce formulaire par e-mail à Mr. Milan and Mme. Geeta Gest (dans le cas du don en France).

Vous recevrez un reçu officiel népalais de don afin de demander l’abattement d’impôt correspondant.

Rapports et suivi:
Pour assurer l’utilisation correcte et optimale des dons par l’organisation, les responsables de l’orphelinat, Mr. Milan ou Mme. Namita K.C. vous enverront un rapport par e-mail avec le suivi de votre don ou parrainage : para exemple une photo du bien acheté dans le cas d’un don pour la maison, ou un rapport bimestriel des notes de l’enfant dans le cas d’un Parrainage Education, et des photos de votre filleul.
Dans le cas d’un achat de biens ou de services pour l’orphelinat, s’il existe des doublons de dons, Mr. Milan vous contactera pour vous proposer une alternative ou se mettre d’accord sur le don.
En soutenant l’orphelinat Surya, vous aidez a assurer un meilleur présent et un plus bel avenir aux enfants.
Peu importe le niveau de l’aide que vous pouvez ou désirez apporter, nous sommes infiniment reconnaissants de votre soutien, et vous assurons qu’il sera employé à l’entier bénéfices des enfants de l’orphelinat.
